Fire Options Terms and Conditions

23rd February 2009

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions that are processed through Fireoptions whether ordering online through the website or over the phone. All transactions made through Fireoptions indicates your acceptance of all the following Terms and Conditions in full.

Please read the following carefully, save and print a copy for your own future reference.

Terms and conditions regarding natural stone products such as Marble, granite, limestone

Limestone is a natural material that has been formed over millions of years and may contain markings arising from fossils and other natural inclusions. These are features of the stone and what makes the product natural and unique due the natural formation of patterns. No two pieces are the same as it is a 100% naturally formed product and these variations, markings and impressions are not in any way a defect in the product. Limestone is a robust material but due to its intrinsic nature and make up it is a porous stone and is subject to staining should any spillages of drinks or fluids occur. Please do not use to rest glasses or cups etc on as staining will occur. Guidance recommends that you seal your limestone fireplace twice a year in line with specialist sealants recommendations but this is no guarantee against staining from spillages or markings from resting cups and glasses on the surface.
